Hotels for St. Stephens Night

Any suggestions for hotels for St. Stephens Night? Am thinking maybe Farnham Estate in Cavan. Know that quite a few won't be open.

Want to stay midlands, North Leinster, Ulster, as much as would love a visit to Kerry not willing to spend 4/5hours driving for a 1 night stay.

    Thanks

Bloomfield House Hotel outside Mullingar should be open
Probably the Raddison in Athlone too
