I try not to eat meat ever day and I am trying to expand my vegan recipes, anyway I want to try a gratin of celeriac, potatoes, and caramelised onions and I was wondering could I use nut cream ( which I am going to make my self ) and make it a vegan dish instead of a vegetarian dish, in other words does nut cream behave like dairy cream when you cook with it.
