On Jobseekers planning on going on holiday

I was just wondering will there be any problems with me going away on the 17th and returning on the 24th I know that I am entitled to twelve working days of holiday if I inform the office but I'm wondering will I run into any problems since the office will probably be closed on the date I return so I can't sign back on?
