    I would not recommend Custom PC. There have been more than a few on here that have given negative feedback with using them. Also, that build isn't great and does not include an OS.     That is an office pc at best and it has no windows which you need to run it. It also won't run games ever. I can tell you straight up custom pc are to be avoided. And not even an option. Will sell you a fiat punto and say it is a BMW.

    I highly recommend the suggested bloodbath option. He is a long standing member here and has built thousands of computers for people. He will build you a pc that will do what your son needs it to do.
