    Hi,

On the lookout for a tablet under 100 euro for a child. Will be used for some apps (AngryBirds etc) and maybe watching

I can configure safety filters etc. myself.

Harvey Norman have a Prestigio Multipad Ultra 7 inch tablet for EUR79. Would anyone know anything about them?

Going slightly over your price range but it's rated as a good tablet if you don't care about cameras, gps and some other things but Argos Outlet UK have the Nook HD+ 16GB for GBP£99.99 which would equate to about €120. You'll have to use Parcel Motel or similar for delivery as will only deliver to UK.

Going fast so need to be quick.

    Hi
We have just bought a Prestigo 7" tablet from Harvey Norman for 79 Euros. Unfortunately I cannot give you any advice about what it is like as it has to stay in its box until it is opened by our daughter on Christmas Day. Our daughter is 7 and a half years old so I don't know if this is a stupid thing to do yet or not. She had not even mentioned getting a tablet. She had been talking about the Tetska puppy and I did not want to spend up to 70 Euros on a toy she would get bored of really quickly like the pony I bought last year for 50 Euors which she played with for 5 minutes every now and then and was a total waste or money apart from her smile on Christmas morning when she opened her present. 50 or 79 Euros is alot of money so I want to make the right choice this time. I think she will get alot of enjoyment and play out of the prestigo 7 if we as her parents can figure out how to manage and control a wi-fi enabled tablet for a child but I will be spending the next week on how to totally safeguard my 7 and a half year old child from a wi-fi enabled tablet. If I come up with a solution, I'll let you know. Part of our decision to get her a tablet was that her older sister will be getting a tablet for the first time.

If you can stretch to €129.99 this is a really good tablet http://www.pcworld.ie/Product/KOBO-Arc-7-Tablet-64-GB/316744/2.9

This was €99 the other day,the cheeky feckers.

I seen tablets on adverts.ie same seller of a 9 inch Android tablet :
Ignore the 9.7inch ad from one of the sellers on there its only a 9 inch tab not 9.7inch.
