Learner permit form - original or printed?

    On NDLS website there is D201 form available to download.
    Can I just print it and fill in, or do I need original from NDLS centre?

    You can print off and use any of the downloadable forms there as far as I'm aware.

    You can use a downloaded or self-printed, or official copy :)
