Took a chance on the well handicapped Street Power in the last at Lingfield tomorrow at 4/1. He won at Ascot in a decent handicap last summer off 13lbs higher, and the handicapper has been relenting of late, and he showed plenty in a better handicap than this last time out over a furlong further than tomorrow, losing a couple of places deep in the final furlong.

I don't think this is a particularly good race and he's dropped a pound for that, had a decent bet at 4s.

    Good Spot Urban.

Last run was encouraging and he's won a class 3 before.

This is class 6. Don't think 4-1 will be there tomorrow

2:20 Musselburgh is an interesting race. Tantamount is the rightful favourite in this one. It has shown some fine recent form while still looking like it might have some improvement to come. Having said that, I fancy Big Water as the value proposition tomorrow. Watched its last race where it clattered a fence half way though and simply lost all momentum after that. It looked comfortable up until then, so I think it's worth giving the horse the benefit of the doubt. I'm on at 7/1 (Paddypower).

Good gamble on another horse in the same race as mine. C&D winner last time out and a three pound rise is fair given she hadn't a clear run.

Don,t normally bet on Monday but the Limerick Bumper that Katachenko ran 4th in was fairly decent and at 11/4 - 3/1 I think I,ll take a chance since McCain should know the measure of the fav having had the winner of its race last time out.

Bumper at Muss Coinage 11/2.This lad is very well bred and is related to Hardy Eustace on the dam side.He looks short in the betting as i was expecting at least 10/1.Like all Westeners he is a fine big horse and looks a picture. If he is fancied today[price says he is ]then he is the one to beat in a poor race.

Fancy Divers in the 2.20 Muss, very well handicapped on old form and has optimum conditions, has had a pipe opener and blinkers back on. 8/1

    Unlucky Urban.

If you bet today you should be committed, there would have been better racing if they rounded up all the donkeys on Dollymount Strand and ran today.

Best turned out today even had sand in its fetlocks.

It was a good spot Urban. Was definately a going day today.

Unlucky with the 12-1 fly in the ointment.

It's amazing that animal won class 3 @ Ascot
