    Tunguska - DCM

    Kursty Clown - London Marathon

Yellow Feather - beer mile report

    Krusty Clown - Davos Marathon

    theboyblunder - 5k parkrun

    Blockic- Chicago marathon

Ray lanigan - White Rose Ultra (

    Bulmers74 - DCM

Mod: reminder - The poll threads will be open for comments BUT I will be deleting any comments that talk down nominated posters or their performances/logs/photos. It is okay to say "I think Jessica Ennis should win the award because her victory was so convincing and she performed so well even in her weaker events". It is not okay to say, "I think Ennis should win because Farah didn't really run well and he was just lucky that the race tactics suited him". Clear? I will mod this with a hammer. Boardsies have no control over whether they are nominated or not, so if they are put in the spotlight like this they shouldn't be criticised.

I gave my vote to Yellow Feather, partly for her great enthusiasm for taking on this event (and storming to an early lead). But mostly for her post-race look. :)

Personally I nominated Blocky's Rotterdam report because, especially in retrospect, it demonstrates how we have to take the bad with the good. As well as being a damn fine piece of writing. But it doesn't seem to have made the list. Oh well.

    Thanks Murph!

I'm going to abstain here! ;) But I nominated ray lanigan's report myself as it is probably the first ever report to make me remotely think of doing an ultra. Epic stuff!

Apologies this was an error. Just going back through the mails and it looks like this one slipped through the net (not sure how)

Sorry to yourself and blockic on this one

Ironic that it fell at the final hurdle ;-)
