They are selling these out now as Intel have now launched a new generation of NUC and these are now end of life.

Great price but do a comparison with the new "Haswell" NUC before you pull the trigger to be sure you make the best choice as the new ones have extra features such as a built in IR sensor for remote control etc. It will depend on what you want it for as to which is the best for you.
