Good android phone for around €300

Hi all I was planning on getting a new android phone for a while now and was hoping for some advice on what phone to get, whether its from personal experience of the phone or just from the specs of the phone.

for a while I was planning on the Samsung galaxy s3 but I figured since its been out for a year and a half already and from where I looked its around €320+ new, i figured there might be newer phones with similar specs for a lower price, any advice would be appreciated, i read a few good things about the moto G and the nexus phones but would love to hear peoples opinion on them

I think you should look into buying second hand and get a very good phone. I bought my Galaxy Note 2 for a third of the price Id have bought it in a store from a market seller on amazon. You have to put a bit of effort in to read reviews on sellers but you are protected by the amazon guarantee so if the phone is not as described you can return it for a full refund. I got mine from a pawn shop seller. I was able to find a phone number and ring to ensure the seller was legit before I bought. They described it "as new" with no scratches and still having the factory screen saver in place and it was exactly as expected.
