That's called a mistake, clearly marked and not what it said it was. If people read the whole of thing rather than the bit they wanted to read, a lot less people would get ripped off.

Quite a simple error on the 13.99 price. These items are about €25 generally. Amazon uk is £19 stg.

I suppose the op has never made an error themselves.
