    Hi I just ordered a game for €40. I know customs charge vat for items over €22 outside europe. Has anyone here used them for ordering games? I'm hoping that they normally get through without vat. If you were charged was it 21% and an extra fee? If so how much was fee? Should I just be safer and buy elsewhere for €50?

    I haven't used them myself, but I *think* I've seen the name come up before, and people were saying they take a while to ship. I could be wrong, but at this time, I don't think you'll get a better answer :P

    I've never got charged vat using them. Not the fastest delivery service out there, can take a few weeks.

    I've never been charged VAT, I think they put something on the cover to try and avoid paying that.

    I've bought plenty off them, they are very slow so only buy stuff off them if you're not in any hurry to get it.
