Specs aren't great. It has a pretty poor resolution (800 x 480), looks like a single core processor?, only 512mb RAM, and an older version of Android. A 9" screen is nice, but and extra tenner would get you a WAY better 7" tablet from Aldi, though that is probably sold out everywhere by now.

Well its just for someone who'd only really be using it to surf the internet so that's why I thought those specs might be ok. Would it be ok for doing that? Also the person Im getting it for doesnt have the best eye sight and so I would much rather a 9 or 10 inch instead of a 7 inch

I changed my mams 10inch poor quality tablet to a 7' nexus with a good screen and she much prefers it.
Something like that would just about do for messing around but if there are grandkids around it will get clogged up with freeware in no time so you'd need to keep it tidy.

I'd stay away tbh, tablets on living social etc arent the best.

Best thing to do is to google online for reviews of it, if you cant find any,its not a good sign.

Every tablet I've seen on those 'deal' sites has been junk. Most of the time they don't even include the specs, so you don't know what you're getting.
