Are you a lover of the crust on bread.

I hate when I see people cut the crust off half of the slice of bread is nearly gone.

I love the crust more so on a fresh slice of bread.

Normal sliced pan they're fine, but I don't get the love for Batch Loaf crusts. Always tasted chalky and bitter to me.

    Batch heel crust

Batch heel toasted with a load of butter. *drools*

There's a sliced pan I get in Wexford called Ryans. They have the best sliced pan crust.

Yes. Crusts are yummy. Mmmmmm. Sometimes if I have Vienna roll or something I actually butter the crust when the bread in the middle is gone.

Jesus Christ I love bread soooooo much.

Just to paraphrase, you hate seeing people not eat foods they don't like.

In other words, you'd love to see them eat foods they don't like.

Quite an astonishing position to possess without embarrassment.

They can eat away. I'm saying it annoys me when I see the best part of the bread been cut off. But that is my opinion

No, too much chewing involved when the crust is still there.

It annoys me when I see the best part of the thread being cut off, the folks who cut off the white part and only chew on the rubbery crust...but that's just my opinion of course...

    I'm not a fan...

But I'm also rarely arsed getting rid of it either, and the mammy always said it was good for me...

Do people still say sliced pan? I only associate that phrase with the post-fifty years of old age bracket...

    I call it panned slice...

Post 50 is now old age?

I've never, ever heard anyone say panned slice. It makes no sense.
If you said pan sliced it might make a bit of sense.
