Almost 10,000,000 views in the space of 3 days. Fake or not, that guy must be raking it in.

If it's real, I doubt he 'only' used his fingers.. there definitely seems to have been a stylus used in certain parts... not that it makes it any less impressive.

I reckon it is real. Some people (like kjl above) can do pretty amazing and creative things with almost anything . So somebody making a pretty realistic picture on an iPad shouldn't be that hard to comprehend.

Actually pretty convinced now myself that it's fake.

Look at certain random details like the direction in which individual hairs are growing on his face, and the tiny details on his lips. It'd be virtually impossible to recreate that so perfectly on a tablet, let alone by only using your fingers rather than special pens.
