    Hi all,
I am bidding on a house currently which has had two extensions built on to the original house. I am trying to find out how I can check that both extensions received planning permission. Someone told me check the local council website but can't find anything there.
Has anyone any suggestions without going through a solicitor?

    Thanks
    Jeanne

It's up to the seller to provide proof of permissIon or exemption, in order to have a clean product to sell.
