Hope someone can share some light on my situation.
I've seperated with a girlfriend of 19 years, we are currently residing in the same property but its my name on the mortgage and all the bills.
I am paying for everything and now I'm been summoned to court for maintainance for our 2 girls.
My outgoings exceed my income and I'm in arrears with a credit card and I've missed this months mortgage payment.
My question is should i have to pay maintainance and what rights does my ex have to the property?

OP - please do not hijack other threads with your own issue. Also posting the above to the 2 threads borders on spamming.
Either way you are seeking legal advice which per our charter we cannot offer here.
