    Let this be the most important thread your going to read because this concerns us all! Citizens of the true Republic of Ireland, this concerns you.

    "But this people who knoweth not the law are cursed."
    King James Bible

    First of all, definitions; Blacks law dictionary 9th Edition.

    Feudalism;
    "A Land holding system, applying to medieval Europe, in which all are bound by their status in hierarchy of reciprocal obligations of service and defense. The Lord is obliged to give the Vassal (1) some Land (2) protection (3)" Justice etc...

    Constitution;
    "The fundamental and organic law of a nation or state that establishes the institutions and aparatuses of government, defines the scope of government sovereign powers, and guarantees individual civil rights and civil liberties" etc..

    Republic;
    "A system of government in which the people hold sovereign power and elect representatives who exercise that power. It contrasts on the one hand with a pure democracy, in which the people or community as an organized whole wield the sovereign power" etc...
    "I hold further, and firmly believe, that the enjoyment by the people of this right of first ownership in the soil is essential to the vigor and vitality of all other rights; to their vitality, efficacy, and value; to their secure possession of and safe exercise"
    Michael Davitt

    It has become apparent that the more I read into the legal aspect of Ireland's history to the present date, the more I see that nothing has changed regarding property ownership; in the feudalistic tenure ship - under the 'Crown' [ecclesiastical corporate church & King head of the Monarch]. After a great deal of study, in so far as things are defined; The 'Republic' of Ireland is not fit to be called a Republic at all. Its an oxymoron if there ever was one. The Anglo Irish agreement of 1922 only gave home rule within British dominion, along with a Constitutional Monarch based on the Canadian model (Darrell figgis).

    We don't have alienable rights, only Civil Roman rights under positive Law/Merchant Law (plebiscite)
    Ireland has been and still is being raped by the same entities of the crown that plagued our ancestors until now. Any symbolic gestures taken out by Eamon de Valera regarding an oath to the king; is still an oath to the Monarch no matter the symbolic intent. We legal persons are subjected to the Crown head rather than an ideal Republic that we dream of, which has yet to be realized.

    How does the above apply to you? Know that the legal name of your birth is not you. Its a patented copyright of ownership to the crown. Any thing which you think you own, well.....you don't own it! check out rescinding attorney of the legal name. Ownership is null and void.

    Is this the country we are promised? Land tenures without the Land? bearing false witness to a system that wants us to beg and lobby to politicians whom are intellectually and spiritually corrupt; and have the gull to preach morality to the ordinary people of this country? The same political class who give tacit approval to crown proxies [i.e Banks] to illegally raid ordinary Irish Citizens of their wealth?

    Michael Davitt's thoughts on an ideal republic have not and will not be realized until the people decide to put the foot down and demand a Republic of our own, Were we the People are the Sovereign heads to elect a Sovereign government.

    THE MARCH TO THE REPUBLIC IS ON!!
