    Does anyone know why the controls on my new earpods will not control the volume on the podcast app I use (pocket casts)? I'm using the latest IOS 7.0.4 on an iPhone 5s. I thought the headphones were faulty but they work fine for the Music app and for calls.

    Strange.. it prob is something to do with the Pocket Casts app.. I use Apple's Podcast app and it works perfectly..
