It's been tough because I've been on hols for 3 weeks and you have to take out thr retainer when eating and drinking hot drinks , unfortunately it seems there has been movement in my upper arch and my teeth aren't as straight as they were however I can still fit the retainer in , will I need to start treatment again and pay full fees to get the initial result
