Canon PIXMA MG3150 All-in-One Inkjet Printer (Refurbished) sold by Canon UK on their ebay site.

Delivered using Parcel Motel for ~ €32-€33

I have purchased 2 printers from them and both have been as good as new with free ink.
The one thing about the MG3150 is the paper is front loading.

If the above link expires just search the Canon shop as they often relist printers.

Where do you get the ink from? Is it expensive?

Is the printer itself any good?

The one in the post is wireless and has a scanner. As far as print quality, it is perfect for everything I need, the odd photo, letters, scanning docs. The best part is there is an android app available and I do all the above from my phone.
Mine came with free ink so I presumer their policy on that has not changed.
Once mine comes close to running out of ink I will buy another printer and sell this one on adverts/gumtree for 20-25 euro.
The only down side is the front loading paper. I prefer to have my paper feed from the back.

These 2 cartridge printers are a complete waste of time and money. Even if you were lucky enough to find some sucker to pay you 20 Euro for a refurbished then re-used 2 cartridge printer with no inks, it will still have cost you 13 Euro for a set of half filled inks (because that's all you get with them). The all-in-one colour cartridges are expensive even if you can get them 3rd party, on top of that when just one colour runs out you have to replace the whole cartridge.

For 100 Euro I got a Canon MG5350 which takes 5 separate inks that cost me 1 Euro per cartridge to replace and these cartridges typically hold twice the amount of ink than you get "free" with a new printer. The cartridges are see-through so you can see they are full to begin with and you just replace whatever colour runs out. The print and scan quality is far superior to these cheap and effectively "disposable" printers and it has a lot more features like front loading, back loading, DVD direct printing etc...

Just buy a decent printer to begin with!

You are correct but it is perfect for the little I use it. Between Adverts or Gumtree I would expect to get ~ €20. I mostly use an 10y old Samsung laser printer for printing.

Wow, that printer sounds great! (just Googled it)
Where do you get those cartridges for €1?

I got that printer 2 or 3 years ago but I think there may be a newer model of it out now, so that might be worth looking into. The only issue I have with it is it's shiny black surface smudges easily and attracts dust, so I keep a cover on it.

The initial inks (being only half full) ran out quickly so I just picked up 20 cartridges (4 complete refills) on ebay for 20 Euro plus post from the UK. I can't recall what seller it was now but I've been through half of them and the photo quality is just like the originals. I was quite surprised TBH. As I understand it you can get crap quality compatibles and I may just have been lucky with the quality I got, so it's important to check reviews and seller's reputation etc.

Here's just a couple of random examples from Amazon which might be a safer place to buy them from:
