Naas would be the best of those 3.

Check out Flanagan's in Newbridge. Old school pub, nice folk and sometimes there is great music! There is a guy called Barry Gruff putting on some great bands around the town.

Hayden's in Naas is also good and I like Lil's in Kildare.

Love Lils / Silken Thomas but for some reason they don't bother updating their facebook page in regards to the upcoming music gigs, why they dont is a mystery.
Judge Roy Beans are great as well for live music (not so much trad type though) and update their page constantly.

Unsure if OP is asking about an actual trad seisiún or just a drinking session

Yeah Lil's was always good for a gig. JRBs likewise but as I said before Newbridge and surrounds are knocking out some great bands at the moment. There is serious talent in the county at the moment and being backed up by recorded material. Long may it continue...
