When applying for the non-contributory state pension, how long does it take from initial application to final award? I can see here: http://debates.oireachtas.ie/dail/2012/07/17/00286.asp - in May 2012 the award time was 11 weeks, is it reasonable to assume that 11 weeks is still correct or has the award time lengthened?
