    I think I'm posting in the right area...

    Just got a call from the wife, part of the front wall we share with the neighbour next door has collapsed in the wind

    Now in a perfect world i'd be happy to split the cost of a repair job, but these are the type of people who dont give a **** to be honest so i might be fighting a losing battle.

    Any advice would be appreciated

    Collapsed into our side....met the neighbour the other day as i was moving fallen blocks with my wife. She was quick to say the previous owner had the wall built.

    A friend of a friend is a brickie, going to do the job for a ton next week.

    I'm chalking this down to experience and will leave it at that
