    Does anyone know where I might be able to pick up some Arctic Silver 5 in a bricks and mortar shop in the Limerick or Munster area?

    It may be worth your while ringing some of the bigger stores, such as PCWorld, etc. Also, ring laptopfix.ie and any such stores around Limerick. Taking it you got a new shiny heatsink, but found your tube empty? Hate when that happens!

    Thanks will give them a try, It's actually YLOD on the PS3 and I just got the urge to fix it this weekend :D

    No bother. Have a tube of the stuff from a few years back - don't think it goes off? You only use the smallest amount - can't see why they sell such big tubes of it?

    PC World do sell thermal paste, not sure what brand it is. Maplins definitely do as well, but again, no idea of brand.
