    Here is the spec:

    Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

    ASRock Z87 EXTREME6 Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard

Corsair RM Series RM 850 '80+ Gold' 850W Power Supply

Corsair Dominator GT 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-14900C9 1866MHz Dual Channel Kit with DHX Pro Connector

    Samsung 120GB SSD 840 SATA 6Gb/s Basic

Corsair Hydro H100 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

Corsair SP120 Quiet Series High Pressure Low Noise - Dual Pack

    ASUS dvd-rw 24x

    Intel Intel Core i7 4770K

    Antec Three Hundred Two

    Microsoft Windows 7 Professional w/SP1 64bit

How much should it cost if it was fully built with Windows installed and latest drivers installed. Also the machine would be overclocked to 4/4.2GHz.

    Would it be worth 1600/1700?

Since you mention an overclock, am I to assume that you've already got a build like this one (£1306.94, about €1571) for example, and looking to see how much you are being charged for the work done? Or is this a 2nd hand build?

Just wanted to see how much the system is worth brand new and built. The system above has no os and has a lower spec gfx card and psu. I'd imagine 1700 would be a great price for the spec I posted.

It's worth 1460 going from hardwareversand including Windows professional.

Having windows installed means nothing. Does it come with a legit licence key? Also windows pro adds no value to a gaming pc, so I don't see why anyone would pay extra for it.

Sadly this is true. We (people on this forum) have some across a lot of sellers that sell great machines, but in the end, people would find that they had a pirate copy. If getting Windows, it's nearly best looking in Bargain Alerts for a good deal.
