Was On To Them Twice Today And Got 2 Stories About Files Needing To Be Updated At Their End,Manually Apparently. Then Got The 9Pm Ring Back Tomorrow machine. What's The Deal? First Guy Said 30 Min And Second Said Within 2 Hours. So No TV Except Rte1 No Internet And No Phone , Not happy
