    I just bought a RNS510 head unit with a dension bluetooth unit for my Mk6 golf.

    Everything installed and working except... on a phone call outgoing audio is fine but I cannot hear any incoming audio...

    I spoke to Dension tech support in the UK and they tell me I need to get the Phone (77) programmed. I really don't want to go to a main dealer on this as I know I will get screwed so does anyone know anyone in the Limerick region (or Ennis during the week) who would be willing to do this for me ?

    first find out how much it is goin to cost at the dealers. might wont be so expensive ... and if it looks expensive, shop around, try different garages, even non dealers.
    you could do yourself, just buy vag-com cable, ask ask dension step by step procedure .

    If ur willing to travel to kildare il do it for you I have the vw vaspc it will do it in know time.
