Help - Rte 1 'No Information'

    Hey all.

    My parents have a Ferguson Ariva TS100 HD Combi box. They've had issues with it since they had it installed during the year.

    Recently, with the rte rescan issues; the installer came over and tried to get it going. He swapped the box and took the original one away. The new box is still looking for a rescan. After about a month of trying to get in contact my father's come to the conclusion that the installer is basically ignoring him. He's still in business and whathaveyou but that's for another day.

    I tried rescanning myself but what happens is that on channel 9 we get RTE one; now I presume this is the HD channel as it's still got the name however there's a completely blank EPG and when I hit the information button that screen comes up blank too. There's no other RTE one besides the one that's on the way out.

    Rte 1 + 1 is still looking for a rescan as well. Can anyone help?

    tl;dr - Rte One HD is showing blank information screen and no epg. Please help!
