Hey all. I know this is a DJ forum, so I hope it's appropriate for Radio DJs as well. If not, the moderators might do me a favor and move it to the more appropriate forum, thanks.

I am a radio DJ for a small community radio station and would like to get my own set of Headphones, as I feel sharing - which is the present system there - is not hygienic.

Can people recommend a reasonably priced set of headphones (around the €50 mark??) which would be of good quality and would offer crisp sound, robust construction and have sufficient insulation to stop sound leakage which causes feedback when live on air and is a major pain!

    Thanks everyone!

These guys should do ya. Very comfortable to wear and a decent repsonse across the frequency range without too much emphasis on either end.

I Swear by my trusty old Sony MDR-V6 / 7506 .. picked up a pair on Amazon for $77 so close enough to 50 euro and they will honestly last a lifetime of radio shows (normal use).

I'm on my second pair after gigging (live) my last pair down to the fabric under the pleather - they still sound amazing but i was starting to look like a Hobo :p

If you decide on the Sennheisers go with the 203's - much much more comfortable than the 201's
