LG polish smart tv problems

    Hey, on here asking for a friend that has an LG 42inch 3d smart tv, he bought the tv probably 8 or 9 months ago prom pixmania and hasn't been able to get the smart functions to work properly, they have gave him an eastern European model i guess because in setting when you check countries it has eastern countries, so no option to set the country to Ireland, so no Netflix or the like, anybody know any solution to this.thanks
