    Hi Conavitzky,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

Bank of Ireland offers all customers who hold Visa Debit cards and Credit Cards the option to dispute a transaction. We would always advise that you speak to the retailer before you action a dispute through your bank, as they may have their own refund policy in place to help you.

You can find our Visa Debit dispute form here. For chargeback requests with a Credit Card just call Card Services on 0818 251 251 and a representative will be happy to assist you.

Our dedicated chargeback team will investigate your chargeback request and contact you directly with the result.

We hope this helps and if we can do anything anything else, please let us know.

    Elaine
