This has been posted in the Dublin 15 forum but seeing as more users frequently visit after hours I thought it may be suitable here, especially considering the huge response to previous missing person threads. Mods, feel free to remove if needs be.

Rebekah's fifteen and hasn't been seen since last Thursday evening at the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre (dazzling discount night). She was last seen wearing her school uniform, but she may have changed her clothes since. Neither her family, friends or boyfriend have had any contact from her since and she hasn't turned up to school. Gardai have issued an appeal for information on her whereabouts.

Please keep an eye out and get a young girl home for Christmas.

Also missing is Leon Quirke.
Gardaí are appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of a Dublin teenager who was last on Wednesday morning.

Leon Quirke (17) was last seen in the Fairview area of Dublin and around 12.30am on Wednesday, 27th November.
He is around 6 foot in height, with a thin build, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a grey hooded top and blue jeans.

Gardaí in Clontarf are appealing for anyone with information to contact them on 01 6664800, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111 or
any Garda Station.

Personally I think appeal should have been made public before now.

I said the same but Gardai were notified shortly after she disappeared. Assuming it was something to do with their own investigation that they didn't make a public appeal

Second person missing this week -

"This is the second teen to be reported missing this week. On Monday night Gardai issued an appeal for Leon Quirke, 17, who was last seen in the Fairview area of Dublin.

The teenage boy was still missing last night and was wearing a grey hoody and blue jeans at the last sighting of him on November 27 at 12.30am.

He’s described as being six foot tall, slim build with brown hair and blue eyes."

Another missing teen now: Daniel Murphy aged 14 from Lucan, missing since Sunday.

Here is a more recent photo of her. Her brother is in my class and I believe the Gardaí have tracked her phone signal and she is currently somewhere in Belfast.

A comment from somebody just 45//50 minutes ago under that article is saying that she was found.

She was found safe and sound apparently hiding out in some persons house!

I do not know if this is true or not.

Hopefully it is true that she was found safe and well.
I thought it sounded very freaky earlier that 2 young girls, both the same age, and both went missing on the exact same day in the same area. I instantly thought the worst tbh.

I hope that it is true that Candice was found and that the other girl and the 2 missing boys are found safe now too.

Time of year can play a part with these things, for some it's not so merry.

I was just looking for an update to see if Leon Quirke had been found and saw that he was missing in June 2012 as well.
I don't know what happened, but he was found safe and well that time - hopefully it will be the same result this time.
