    Vodafone PAYG is 149 euro at the shop. If this is for x mas present. I would rather buy it in store to make sure the phone works as return etc can be trouble.

    My OH negotiated it down to 125 euro with vodafone shop manager but no choice of colour. It doesn't matter too much so we took it.

    There are plenty of options to unlock it if you want to go a extra mile to do it.

    Same here in NL, but the only problem is that its branded with Vodafone crap.

    Returning a phone in Ireland from Vodafone is an absolute disaster (been through it myself)

    With Amazon you can just return it and get a refund.
