Hi just have a quick question
I applied for TCO work in two separate counties. I got called for interview and got a job with one. (The furthest away but I have accommodation there). The word is that if attendance / work is of a good standard (which it is so far) that contracts are rolled over. Would there be any chance of me being able to apply for a contact in the other county I applied for or a transfer or would you have to be permanent?

transfers are only for permanent staff, you can definitely be considered for the one nearest to you but that involves you resigning in your current role,no chance of internal transfer

just a point to note, once you have been given a position, you are off the panel till the next one in feb/march...so you can't be offered another position in another office unless you are in a new panel

    ok thanks for the replies.
I only got called or heard a reply from the office furthest away... and didn't actually hear anything from the one nearest to me.. so what does that mean .. I don't think im even on the panel there I don't even know how it works. could I contact them and ask to be put on the panel for the different county. they are in two different "Sections" or what ever way they are divided..
