Came home to find a load of stuff left at my doorstep.
Someone's after messing up because it is not for me.
There's no name on it or anything.
There's 100's of paper cups, plastic spoons, an apron, an Avonmore cardboard display,300 Bailey's Whipped Cream Coupons and other stuff aswell.

Be thankful it wasn't a burning brown paper bag. That can get messy.

    Paper plates and cream?

Hhmm, maybe someone is going to shoot a old carry-on film at your house.

Ìt sounds like the fixins of one of those tasting/demo stalls you get in supermarkets.

"Excuse me Sir, would you like to try a sample of our new Baileys Whipped Cream?"

*Hands over paper plate with dollop of said Bailey's and plastic spoon for tasting*

    You got someone's merchandising kit.

They could come looking for it. Pretty sure you can actually be done for keeping stuff posted to you by mistake. Question has come up before about unsolicited deliveries, I think you can hold onto it for a few months and then it is legally yours, I think you might have actively had to try and contact them about it.

As there is no name it might be different though, the law might have only been about posted stuff, not sure. But obviously someone is missing it so the decent thing to do is take it in for now.

Auction it off to the highest bidder and give the money to SSF!
Good deed, plus a bit of AH craic. Win win!

You could give Avonmore a ring in the morning, tell them you took their product in off the street , where it was left, to mind it for them.

You'll get loads of free cream :)

A place were AH folk go and sell their bodies for cocaine and speed and fight Man City kid to become next mod.

Ah it's just another discussion website. Pretty cool.

I've seen a few other ones like this, they are really creepy! This sounds that someone is just having a laugh. It's when they send weapons or dead animals or dirty underwear is when you worry.

    This.

Go to your local supermarket at the crack of dawn (see what I did there?) Then set up that small demo thingy. Later that evening..

    ....CHA CHING $$$$$$ Profit...

    Yeah,that's what I'm thinking.
I've tried the local shop but they don't know anything about it.
BTW, it wasn't left on the street.
I'm in the countryside and whoever left it would have had to go through my garden to get to my door.

Are there promotional materials? Maybe a sheet with some FAQs? There might be contact information as to who to call if there are additional questions.
