I have been asked to include for this role in an estimate. The work will take three weeks, Should the allowance for this role be for the full three weeks or part of the time?

you'd have to give a bit more on what the role involves ?

It involves a small construction job which total cost may not be more that Fifteen Thousand Euro. Total of three people employed on the job and two subcontractors.

You need to ensure you're covered by your insurance. Unless you have specific training to act as PSCS you may not be covered. You haven't said if you are a designer or contractor. If a designer most of the typical pi policies will not cover you .

If you're the designer a PSDP role is more common, i'd double check with the client as to the scope of work. Are you being asked to fill the role of PSCS or to simply include the costs for same in an overall cost estimate?

Sorry for the late reply, Yes I have been asked to include the cost of PSCS in my estimate as a seperate item. I do understand the role but this is the first time I have been asked to include a sum for it, as the jobs were very small and other ones the designer took over this role. I am unsure how much to allow for it as it will only take three weeks, if I allow three weeks pay for this role I will lose the job, thanks for all the replies.
