BTEA backdate question

    i was getting 100 prior to going to collage
    now im getting 156 euro a week
    i was on 100 for 6 weeks before i went up to 156
    then i got 257 on the 7th week

    from my understanding i should of got a total of 336 for back date money + that weeks beta money of 156 so a total of 492 euro

    she went down to the social and they told her that the 257 was her back dateed money so thats 101 euro backdated money for
    6 week this has to be wrong by just doing the maths ,do you agree with me please let me know if you think that she should go down
    again its like every time she goes down there she gets some one thats haveing a bad day.
