    I have current a/c already with BOI and as i want to move my Danske Bank a/c can i open a 2nd current account without any problems. i have overdraft with Danske. it  will be to service my direct debits.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    It is possible to have a second current account. If you contact your local branch a representative will be more than happy to arrange an appointment for you. To support the overdraft application, you may be required to show statements from your other bank account. The representative will advise which documents will be required.
