    Hi my name is Chris, I am new to posting on boards.ie but have found the site very beneficial over the years for finding information on.

    I am doing a thesis in college on "How Employer Associations Cause Instability In The Workplace". This also involves a debate in which I have to argue 4-5 points on how they cause this instability.

    I would be very grateful if I could get people views on how Employer Associations cause instability.

    I presume the OP means a body similar To IBEC

    Yes IBEC would be the largest employer association in Ireland but there are others throughout Ireland also.

    Any ideas, queries or issues with Employer Associations?
