switching back to paper billing

    Hi

    I am currently signed up for ebilling but I would like to receive a paper bill, if I give you my account details via pm could you organise for me to receive paper bills aswell

    Hi fox_1973,

    Online billing eliminates paper billing entirely - customers can avail of either online billing or paper billing; the option to have both is not available.

    If you would prefer to receive paper bills by post, you can de-register your online account by sending an email request to our Online Billing team: eserviceATelectricireland.ie (with "@ instead of AT").
