Minimum, the other one will work and you'll still produce testosterone and sperm, your sex life won't be affected, other than the fact the ladies will notice you only have one testicle, you cannot get a fake testicle. Nothing will be affected except the fact you now only have 1 testicle instead of 2.

I imagine it's a pretty straight forward procedure to get a silicone one. Pay with the money from the sale of the real one. Profit $$$

I was reading a thread on reddit last night about how cancer survivors first realised that something was wrong.

One guy said he had testicular cancer and had one ball removed, but after some treatment was fully cured. He had critical illness cover against his mortgage so when he became ill the insurance paid off his mortgage and he got a free house!

Would you lose a ball to get your mortgage paid off?!

Here's a question-

say if there was a testicle transplant that went from me to another guy - because the sperm is mine, so technically the genetic material is mine, does that mean any possible babies produced by the transplant might look like me?

one can get a fake testicle, any one who has had surgery for the removal of one or both are always asked do the require a false one for what they call cosmetic reasons.

as i have had radiotherephy for prostrate cancer i can sell one for handy money, the second one would cost quite a bit more, as i would have nothing left to play with.

Before my surgery, the surgeon kept talking about the possibility of a "prosthesis". His use of that particular word kept bringing the vision of some sort of bionic testicle with flashing lights and wires to mind. Decided to skip the prosthesis. Never mind, women like it 'cause it's easier to teabag!
