I've been thinking of searching for a summer job in Italy, preferably in a holiday/summer camp or something along those lines. I don;t speak any Italian.
Does anyone know any Irish agencies or anything like that?

Youth unemployment is pretty high in Italy and Spain these days so the chances of getting any kind of decent wage is pretty slim. Add the fact that you don't speak the language and I'd put the prospects of you getting any kind of position that covers your flights and keep at close to zero.

Sorry to be pessimistic but you have to be realistic. I suspect the people who work in those camps are local teenagers who don't have to pay rent, I doubt if the wages on offer are enough for a foreigner to keep body and soul together.

    I understand.
To be honest, I wasn't looking to make much at all, I'd be pretty happy if I had just enough to live off over there for a while. And in terms of not speaking the language, I was thinking along the lines of one of those cheesy british family holiday camps as a rep where nobody speaks Italian, but from looking around even those jobs seem scarce.

I have, and completely forgot about it. Might look into it.
