Will the VEC pay for my CELT Course?

I'm thinking of doing a TEFL course, the CELT in Galway. There are three places in Galway that do them. Of the three, there is one that is offered by the VEC. Does the fact that the VEC offer it mean that they will pay the fees? I am 26, on social welfare and have a degree if any of that matters.
