Shower Problem - Mire Elite ST

    Hi Folks,

    Need some advice here before I call out a sparky.. When shower was on there was smoke coming from the Isolator switch, then shower stopped working.
    I opened the Isolator switch which was burnt/melted at one of the live connections. I have replaced this switch but still not working. I opened the shower cover and the inside of the shower is also scorched.

    Do you think the shower has packed in and needs replacing, or is there a problem with the isolator switch/wires.

    If the shower has packed in would you expect the light on isolator switch to be on and shower not working or not.
