Hello, this is my 1st post. I hope i do so correctly, and appreciate any advice.
I am being brought to court by my ex as he is looking for the sale of the house we jointly bought together years ago. The actual address on the court application is wrong, and there is no folio no provided. Can the court go ahead if I point this out to the judge? Will they need to reapply, or can the judge just rectify it there and then? Thank you.

Unless you can show that the mistake prejudices you in some way, the Judge will amend the mistake and proceed to hear the case
