I went up to it on Sunday and it is very quiet at the moment. A lot of the stalls are not open yet but i'm sure as it draws nearer to Christmas , there will be more hype about it.

I follow the Gibson Hotel on Twitter and they seem to have a good bit of Christmassy Market type stuff worth seeing/eating/doing.

Went there on sunday, not many people around and there were some stalls closed, but I'm going back this weekend to see if there's more stuff going on.
