    Hi Myself and my ex partner will be going to court in late January and since our baby was born in August he hasnt paid any maintenance what so ever and im also on lone parents, when we go to court will be have to backpay his maintenance?

    Maybe. It depends on his income, his commitments and the judge.

    he works full time and he refuses to pay maintenance unless he can see her on his own schedule and times

    The reason I dont want him around the child is because he was physically abusing me through my pregnancy so i filed a protection order and then he filed for access

    Sounds like you have a case, but it's up to the judge to rule.
