    Hey guys,

Just moved into an apartment and we have a few plumbing problems, wonder can anyone help?

2 toilets have damn all flushing power. I have to flush a good few times for it to take toilet paper away. I notice if I pour a jug of water into the bowl during flushing it will flush no problem. Any solutions?

Main Shower: mixer tap (no internal pump) hot water only available if the heating is on. Anyways theres very little pressure from the water. I took head off and cleaned it. It improved slightly not nothing great. Any solution?

En-suite shower: Triton T90 electric shower. Doesn't look too old. New head just fitted. It automatically fluctuates every 30 seconds from boiling to freezing. Also, very poor pressure from water. Any solutions?

    Kitchen tap: It's dripping!

Any help at all would be great, thanks.
