    Hi All,

I hope this is the correct place for this question. I am 40 and have played soccer all my life which has left havoc on my knees, one ACL op on the left and two cartilage ops on the right. I have recently noticed that the muscles on my right left are significantly smaller than the left ones. Any idea on how I can go about correcting the imbalance and how long it would take? At home I have dumbells and this at home - http://www.fitnesshqsouthtexas.com/wp-content/uploads/LF-G7-Full-Size.png

    Any tips appreciated.

    Many Thanks
